• How is this different from an MBA?

  Unlike a traditional MBA, this 10-month executive program is designed for senior leaders. It focuses on immediate application, AI-driven transformation, and executive presence, with a curated peer group of experienced leaders.

• What is the duration and format?

  A 10-month, live online program with interactive sessions, case labs, and simulations. Includes a mandatory 3-day campus immersion in Mumbai.

• How does the program integrate AI for leaders?

  AI is embedded across all modules. You will learn how to drive AI initiatives strategically in finance, marketing, and operations—no coding required.

• What are the eligibility criteria?

  • Bachelor’s/diploma (10+2+3) or higher.
  • Minimum 8 years of work experience.
  • Proven leadership experience or potential.

• Do I need coding or a technical background?

  No. The focus is on strategic application of AI, not programming. You’ll learn to evaluate, guide, and lead AI initiatives.

• What is the admissions process?

  1. Submit online application.

• Are financing or sponsorship options available?

  Yes. Installments, education loans, and company sponsorship support are available. Admissions counselors will guide you.

• What is the campus immersion?

  A 3-day mandatory Mumbai immersion with workshops, boardroom simulations, and leadership labs to build connections and apply concepts.

• What is the capstone project?

  The Hubro Business Simulation where you design an AI-led transformation strategy and present it to academic and industry experts.

• What are the behavioral leadership modules?

  Modules on:

  • Leading Self – EI, growth mindset, executive presence.
  • Leading People – team building, delegation, influence.
  • Leading Transformation – frameworks to manage change.

• What kinds of case studies are included?

  Global case labs on Netflix, Tata, Microsoft, Nike, Spotify, Apple, Tesla, etc.

• Who are the faculty?

  International faculty with PhDs, industry leadership, and coaching experience. Includes former global MDs, senior HR heads, TEDx speakers, and design thinkers.

• What platform is used for online classes?

  A modern digital platform with live sessions, recordings, breakout rooms, and access to all materials.

• What if I miss a session?

  All live sessions are recorded and available within 24 hours. You can revisit them anytime.

• What credential will I receive?
